Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Haydar \u00d6zkazan\u00e7 att\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cMersin i\u00e7in rayl\u0131 sistemler d\u00f6nemini ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fkan Se\u00e7er, imza t\u00f6reni \u00f6ncesinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede, Mersin i\u00e7in rayl\u0131 sistemler d\u00f6nemini ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek,<strong> \u201cArt\u0131k Mersin; metrosuyla, tramvay\u0131yla an\u0131lacak; modern, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir kent h\u00fcviyetinde olacak. Biraz sonra imzalayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin bize maliyeti 3 milyar 379 milyon 404 bin 875 lirad\u0131r. Bu proje i\u00e7erisinde Metro\u2019nun vagonlar\u0131 yok. Bunlar daha sonra projeye d\u00e2hil edilecek, al\u0131mlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. \u0130lk kazmay\u0131, tarihimizin en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcn\u00fc olarak de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimiz Mersin\u2019in kurtulu\u015funun 100. y\u0131l\u0131 olan 3 Ocak 2022 tarihinde vurmak istiyoruz\u201d <\/strong>dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c48 ayda bitirilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 merkez il\u00e7eyi \u00e7elikten raylarla birbirine ba\u011flayacak olan Metro projesinin h\u0131zla devam edece\u011fini vurgulayan Ba\u015fkan Se\u00e7er, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c48 ayda bitirilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Mersin Rayl\u0131 Sistem Projeleri toplamda 34.4 kilometre, 3 etaptan olu\u015facak. Bug\u00fcn s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini imzalayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z proje 13.4 kilometre yeralt\u0131 metrosu ve 11 istasyondan olu\u015facak. Yine 2. etap olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz Fuar-\u00dcniversite Hastanesi-Mersin \u00dcniversitesi ve tekrar Fuar Alan\u0131 bir ring \u015feklinde 8.4 kilometrelik bir g\u00fczergah olacak. Buradaki rayl\u0131 sistem modelini de tramvay d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. 3. etap, 1. etab\u0131n bat\u0131 noktas\u0131 olan eski otogar b\u00f6lgesinden ba\u015flayacak. \u015eehir Hastanesi, Yeni Otogar, toplamda 12.6 kilometrelik hemzemin metro rayl\u0131 sistem modeli olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. \u0130lk etab\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ba\u015flama noktas\u0131 Mezitli Belediyemizin eski hizmet binas\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu nokta bat\u0131 noktas\u0131; do\u011fu noktas\u0131 ise eski otogar\u0131n oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lge olarak planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hatt\u0131n i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk y\u0131l \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen g\u00fcnl\u00fck yolcu say\u0131s\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 350 bindir. Bu say\u0131n\u0131n 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda 380 binlere, 2048 y\u0131l\u0131nda da 500 binli rakamlara evrilece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6rmekteyiz. Projemizin yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 kilometresi TBM dedi\u011fimiz, yani yeralt\u0131ndan delgi y\u00f6ntemiyle, 6.4 kilometresi a\u00e7-kapa y\u00f6ntemi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek. T\u00fcneller bu yap\u0131 sistemi modeliyle yap\u0131lacak. Yine T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez yap\u0131lacak bir uygulama, t\u00fcnel tipi olarak tek t\u00fcp \u00e7ift hat uygulamas\u0131. Bunu da Mersin\u2019de biz hayata ge\u00e7irmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cSadece lokasyon olarak de\u011fil, insanlar\u0131 da birbiriyle kayna\u015ft\u0131racak\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metro\u2019nun kent ya\u015fam\u0131na katk\u0131s\u0131ndan da s\u00f6z eden Ba\u015fkan Se\u00e7er, <strong>\u201cMutlaka Metro \u00e7ok konforlu, \u00e7ok s\u00fcratli, \u00e7ok ucuz bir toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma modeli ama kente kataca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli de\u011ferler var. Bir kere kentin 4 il\u00e7esini merkezle birbirine ba\u011flayacak. Sadece lokasyon olarak de\u011fil, insanlar\u0131 da birbiriyle kayna\u015ft\u0131racak. 4 merkez il\u00e7ede ya\u015fayan farkl\u0131 sosyo-ekonomik yap\u0131da, farkl\u0131 sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131daki insanlar da Metro arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelere \u00e7ok daha rahat ula\u015fma imkan\u0131 bulacak. Metro\u2019nun bat\u0131 noktas\u0131 olan Mezitli\u2019den binen bir kad\u0131n karde\u015fim, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapmak istiyorsa \u00c7aml\u0131bel\u2019e \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flama imkan\u0131 olacak. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc art\u0131k lastik tekerlekli toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131na binip hem bekleme eziyetini hem trafik eziyetini \u00e7ekmemi\u015f olacak\u201d <\/strong>dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trafik ve otopark sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclecek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stasyonlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00f6zellikleri oldu\u011fundan da s\u00f6z eden Se\u00e7er, <strong>\u201cYeralt\u0131ndan caddenin 2 yakas\u0131n\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flayacak. Biliyorsunuz \u00e7ok yo\u011fun trafik ak\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olan caddelerde, \u00f6rne\u011fin \u015fu anda Sevgi Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n hemen bat\u0131s\u0131na \u00c7at\u0131 \u00dcst Ge\u00e7idi\u2019ni ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc orada trafik \u00e7ok yo\u011fun ak\u0131yor, yayalar kar\u015f\u0131dan kar\u015f\u0131ya ge\u00e7erken g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekiyordu. Bunu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fcr\u00fcyen merdiven sistemli \u00fcst ge\u00e7itlerle sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olduk. Ancak art\u0131k GMK \u00fczerinde 11 istasyonumuzun ya da \u0130stiklal Caddesi\u2019nde \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00c7ocuk Park\u0131\u2019n\u0131n oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede yani istasyonun oldu\u011fu 11 b\u00f6lgede yer alt\u0131ndan t\u00fcnel marifetiyle yayalar caddenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na ge\u00e7me imk\u00e2n\u0131na sahip olacaklar. Yine \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6zellik, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u2018kentimizin en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunu ne?\u2019 diye vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za soru sorarsak, \u2018trafik\u2019 diyecekler. Trafik i\u00e7erisinde de otopark sorunundan s\u00f6z edecekler. \u0130\u015fte 11 istasyonun 7\u2019sinde her birinde 200, toplamda 1400 ara\u00e7l\u0131k otoparklar olacak. Yine bu otoparklar i\u00e7erisinde her birinde 40, toplamda 280 motosiklet; her birinde 60, toplamda 420 bisiklet park edecek kapasiteye sahip bir yap\u0131 olacak\u201d <\/strong>ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cMetro istasyonlar\u0131 sosyalle\u015fme i\u00e7in muazzam bir alan yaratacak\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fkan Se\u00e7er, vagonlar\u0131n bir tanesinde bisikletler i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir alan ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, <strong>\u201cYapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bisiklet yollar\u0131 ile bisiklet kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz takdirde bisiklet kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli bir kolayl\u0131k olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. 11 istasyonun 9\u2019unda halk\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ticari alanlar tesis edilecek. Bunlar aras\u0131nda sergi alanlar\u0131, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f ve yeme i\u00e7me alanlar\u0131 bulunacak. Yani bir anlamda bu istasyonlar sosyalle\u015fme i\u00e7in muazzam bir alan yaratm\u0131\u015f olacak, ticarete \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olacak\u201d <\/strong>dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Katl\u0131 kav\u015fak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam edecek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metro projesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra trafi\u011fi rahatlatmak i\u00e7in katl\u0131 kav\u015fak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da h\u0131zla devam edece\u011fini ifade eden Ba\u015fkan Se\u00e7er, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cTrafik bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan sorun te\u015fkil etmesin diye \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemle durdu\u011fumuz bir konu. Metro bizim se\u00e7im \u00f6ncesi bir projeksiyonumuzdu, bir vaadimizdi. Bunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz diye yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k ve bug\u00fcn de biraz sonra ataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z imza ile bunun \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 atm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. O g\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne, bug\u00fcnleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131k. G\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimizde An\u0131t Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 akamete u\u011fram\u0131\u015f bir in\u015faatt\u0131 ve m\u00fcdahale ettik. \u00c7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra, g\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimiz tarih 8 Nisan\u2019d\u0131, 19 May\u0131s\u2019ta An\u0131t Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Yine vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan son derece modern, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ve estetik bulunan Sevgi Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 87 g\u00fcnde tamamlad\u0131k. \u015eu anda G\u00f6\u00e7men Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 olarak tabir etti\u011fimiz b\u00f6lgede, kurumlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n deplase \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 var. K\u0131sa s\u00fcre sonra neticelenecek. Kas\u0131m ay\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcnlerinde orada yine \u00e7ok k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede bitirece\u011fimiz G\u00f6\u00e7men Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. Ard\u0131ndan \u015fu anda Saya Park b\u00f6lgesinde, Fuar Alan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede 34. Cadde de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir kav\u015fak ve trafi\u011fi yo\u011fun bir kav\u015fak. S\u00fcratle tramvay projesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u015fu anda devam ediyor. O b\u00f6lgeden tramvay ge\u00e7irece\u011fimiz i\u00e7in yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z katl\u0131 kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131n projesini birbirine entegre ettik, e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor, k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde proje neticelenecek, G\u00f6\u00e7men Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan sonra Saya Park b\u00f6lgesindeki kav\u015fak vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine sunulacak.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fkan Se\u00e7er, Hal Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fak projesini de s\u00fcratle hayata ge\u00e7ireceklerini belirterek, <strong>\u201cProjesini \u015fu anda tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Saya Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ya da Saya Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f Merkezi\u2019nin oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeden sonra ba\u015flataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Hal Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fak projesini s\u00fcratle hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. Karayollar\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmemiz devam ediyor. Buras\u0131 son derece \u00f6nemli. Akbelen b\u00f6lgesindeki kav\u015faktaki katl\u0131 kav\u015fak yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fu Karayollar\u0131\u2019na aittir. Bu kurumumuzla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerimiz devam ediyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc orada \u00e7ok acil bir katl\u0131 kav\u015fak ihtiyac\u0131 var. Onu da Karayollar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi durumda art\u0131k otobandan Mersin\u2019in do\u011fu istikametinden kente gelen bir ara\u00e7, Hal Katl\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131ndan Mezitli\u2019ye k\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc katl\u0131 kav\u015faklar marifetiyle durmaks\u0131z\u0131n transit olarak ula\u015fma imkan\u0131 bulmu\u015f olacak. \u2018Bunun metro ile ne alakas\u0131 var?\u2019 derseniz, tabi ki bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yani metro in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 GMK g\u00fczergah\u0131nda gidece\u011fi i\u00e7in trafi\u011fe, \u00f6zellikle 2. \u00c7evre Yolu\u2019na, Adnan Menderes Bulvar\u0131\u2019na, 3. \u00c7evre Yolu\u2019na; ki oran\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131na biliyorsunuz vatanda\u015flardan da taraf\u0131ma \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir talep var, o yolun d\u00fczenlenmesi ile ilgili. Oraya ve yeni hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve bir prototip model olan bug\u00fcne kadar belki de Mersin tarihinin alt yap\u0131s\u0131, \u00fcst yap\u0131s\u0131, geni\u015fli\u011fiyle son derece teknolojik, iyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 olan 4. \u00c7evre Yolu\u2019na trafi\u011fin aktar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d <\/strong>dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Metro projesi istihdama ve Mersin\u2019in cirosuna katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metro in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n Mersin ekonomisine \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Se\u00e7er, <strong>\u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunu olan istihdama \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 bin vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z bu beyaz yakal\u0131d\u0131r, mavi yakal\u0131d\u0131r, beden i\u015f\u00e7isidir ya da dolayl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak olan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. \u00d6nemli bir i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z ve bunlar\u0131n % 90\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 da Mersin\u2019de ya\u015fayan yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan kar\u015f\u0131lanacak. Bu proje yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 340 milyon avroluk bir proje. \u0130lk etapta in\u015faat maliyeti \u00fczerinden s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum. Bunun % 70\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yani 240 milyon avroluk ya da TL baz\u0131nda konu\u015facak olursak 2 milyar 400 milyonluk k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n Mersin\u2019de harcanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130n\u015faat\u0131n s\u00fcresinin yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 y\u0131l oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrseniz her y\u0131l Mersin\u2019deki yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n cebine 600 milyon lira gibi bir para girecek ya da Mersin\u2019in cirosuna, gayrisafi cirosuna 600 milyon lira gibi \u00f6nemli bir rakam girmi\u015f olacak. Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n bundan 170 y\u0131l \u00f6nce, 150 y\u0131l \u00f6nce, 145 y\u0131l \u00f6nce, 100 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi bu projeleri hatta \u0130stanbul\u2019un rayl\u0131 sistemler uzunlu\u011funun 200 kilometre olarak konu\u015fuldu\u011fu bir \u00e7a\u011fda, Mersin gibi topografyas\u0131n\u0131n bu tip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara son derece uygun oldu\u011fu bir b\u00f6lgede rayl\u0131 sistemleri maalesef 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda konu\u015fabiliyoruz ve temelini atma \u015fans\u0131na da sahip olmu\u015f durumday\u0131z. Kentin marka de\u011ferini art\u0131racak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma olacak metro. Kentin ya\u015fam\u0131na metro kavram\u0131 yerle\u015fecek. Az \u00f6nce de s\u00f6yledi\u011fim gibi art\u0131k Mersin; metrosu, tramvay\u0131, her model rayl\u0131 sistemi olan, ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 konforlu, rahat bir kent olarak an\u0131lacak. Trafik sorununu minimize etmi\u015f bir kent olarak an\u0131lacak. \u0130stasyonlar\u0131n \u00e7evresinde do\u011fald\u0131r, yeni yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131yla birlikte yeni i\u015f kollar\u0131 ve ticari alanlar yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak. Ayr\u0131ca yeni al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n geli\u015fmesi ile kentli ve kentsel bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir de\u011fi\u015fim ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Mersin\u2019e yeni bir vizyon kataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz bu projeyi bir medeniyet projesi olarak de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimi bilmenizi isterim.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projenin in\u015faat yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde kent ya\u015fam\u0131nda baz\u0131 olumsuzluklar ya\u015fanabilece\u011fini belirten Se\u00e7er, <strong>\u201cG\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimiz g\u00fcnden bu yana da zaten gerekli tedbirleri al\u0131yorduk ama vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da katk\u0131s\u0131na, yard\u0131m\u0131na, hassasiyetine, deste\u011fine, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcne ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Mersin\u2019e hizmet yapma arzusunday\u0131z. Bunun \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeyiz.
