Tozkoparan TORTEK Merkezinde pandemi kurallar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde her g\u00fcn iki grup halinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 ay s\u00fcren kursta, obezite ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bilin\u00e7siz beslenmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 kronik rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi amac\u0131yla da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sorunlar\u0131ndan Biri de Yeme Bozuklu\u011fu\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toroslar Belediyesinin Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Beslenme Kursunda e\u011fitim veren Beslenme ve Diyet Uzman\u0131 B\u00fc\u015fra \u015eenay Keskin, diyetin sadece beslenmeyi d\u00fczenlemekle olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, i\u015fin psikolojik boyutunun da \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu kaydederek, &#8220;Yeme bozukluklar\u0131yla ilgili farkl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar var. Bu e\u011fitimlerde buna da dikkat \u00e7ekiyor ve do\u011fru beslenme bilinci kazand\u0131r\u0131yoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keskin, Ramazan ay\u0131nda v\u00fccut direncini y\u00fckseltecek besinleri anlatt\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beslenme ve Diyet Uzman\u0131 Keskin, pandemi ile m\u00fccadele etti\u011fimiz Ramazan ay\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini zay\u0131flatmadan oru\u00e7 tutmak i\u00e7in iftar ve sahurda dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalara de\u011findi.
